RETURNS POLICY
Jollie aims to provide you with the highest standard of quality products. If any delivered products do not meet these standards, Jollie will gladly accept returned goods and will issue a complete refund including shipping.
Jollie requests that any issues regarding delivered products, including items that may need to be returned, be communicated to Jollie within 7 days of receipt of those goods. Jollie will not accept liability for damages or incorrect deliveries unless the issue has been brought to our attention in the 7 day period.
All queries should be directed to our office by emailing sales@jollie.com.au or calling 02 8001 6400. Jollie will then provide details on how to return goods. When contacting Jollie please quote your order number or invoice number and your Jollie customer number if you have one.
Goods returned to Jollie without prior communication will not be accepted. All products being returned to Jollie must be forwarded through the Jollie nominated freight company
REFUNDS POLICY
A refund may be available if you make an error in your payment. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or payment. If you make an error please, email sales@jollie.com.au or call 02 8001 6440 as soon as possible quoting your order reference.
